Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy called "The P3 Promise", which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, if you are unhappy for any reason.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You will be responsible for return shipping, and must use a service which has tracking. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that are not manufactured by P3.
  • Products that have been used and/or modified and therefore are not in like-new condition
  • Non-standard products that are not featured in the P3 catalog

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before sending anything back. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at service@p3.io.

Lifetime Limited Warranty*
We stand behind every gauge we build. Each P3 Gauge purchased through P3.io (June 2025+) comes with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, failures, or missing order items valid for as long as that version remains in active production and serviceable parts are available. Other P3 products carry a 1 year warranty.
A valid proof of purchase is required. Qualifying product must not show signs of physical damage and/or improper use/modifications preventing standard operation.
Customer is responsible for shipping and handling.

*Lifetime refers to the gauge’s supported life cycle. Once a gauge is discontinued or replacement parts are no longer available, warranty service may no longer be possible.
