What You’ll Do
This is a hands-on role, and it touches a little bit of everything that keeps P3 running smoothly:
- Fulfillment
- Daily Operations
- Customer Care & Tech Support

You must:
- Be reliable, organized, and accountable
- Have strong attention to detail (double-checks work and catch mistakes)
- Speak the same language as our customers
- Take ownership and follow through without constant supervision
- Be self-confident, resourceful, and be able to solve problems independent
- Be able to manage and motivate a small team when needed
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers
- Genuinely care about doing quality work and getting things right
- Maintain high standards, accuracy, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
- Be a fast learner
